Nothing on this site is for sale, so most of what a terms page usually covers does not apply. This is what is left.
1.What you are agreeing to
Using Notdecidedbymoney, submitting to it, or embedding a badge it gives you means you accept these terms. Nothing here costs money today, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.
2.What this site is
A board where the order is decided by free votes from verified people. No position on it is for sale: not the top, not a featured slot, not the order of anything. If a paid tier appears it will buy a mention, a marker and your own numbers, and it will not buy position. The rules say the same thing at more length.
3.What you may submit
A product that exists, at a URL that resolves, described as what it actually is. Submitting somebody else's product as your own, or a page whose only purpose is to collect the link, is grounds for removal.
4.Votes
One per person per product, tied to a Google-verified address. Creating accounts to vote for your own launch, or arranging for others to, is the one thing that will get a launch removed fastest, because it is the only thing that makes the board worthless.
5.Your content, and the badge
What you write and upload stays yours. You give us permission to show it here, in the weekly mail, and in the share images this site generates for your launch. The badge is yours to display or not: it is optional, it changes nothing about your position, and the link out to your site is followed either way.
6.Removal
We remove things for abuse, vote manipulation, and products that turn out to be something other than they claimed. A removal is published with its date and reason on the removals record, because taking something down quietly is its own kind of dishonesty.
7.None of this is a review
A high position means people voted, and nothing more. It is not an endorsement, not a safety check, and not advice about whether a product is any good for you. Do your own checking before you buy anything you find here.
8.No warranty, and what we are liable for
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available, correct, or free of mistakes, and we are not liable for losses arising from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by an agreement.
9.Changes, and how to reach us
If these terms change, the changed version appears here. Anything you want to raise, including a takedown or a data request, goes to the address on the contact page.
