One address, read by a person. hello@decidedbymoney.com
Take my product off
Say which one and it comes off. No reason needed and nothing to justify. It will appear on the removals record with the date, because that page exists so removals are not silent, but it will not say anything about you.
Somebody listed my product without me
Tell us and it comes off the same day. Anybody can submit a URL here, which means anybody can submit yours, and the fix for that is a fast removal rather than a form.
Those votes are not real
Name the launch and say what you noticed. Vote manipulation is the only thing that makes this board worthless, so it is the thing we most want told about. Votes are one per verified person and can be recounted from the rows.
A trademark of ours is being misused
Name the launch and the mark, from an address at the domain that holds it, and it comes off while we work out what happened. Nobody paid to be here, so nothing has to be unwound.
A page here says something the code does not do
This is the most useful message you can send. The whole claim of this site is that the ranking cannot be bought, and a claim is only worth what happens when somebody checks it.
Notdecidedbymoney has no support tier and no queue you can pay to skip, because there is nothing here to pay for. Its sister site at decidedbymoney.com does take money, and questions about that belong there.
